We're Deluxe Engineering & Construction — a Lahore-based team that builds the civil, infrastructure and electrical works a growing Pakistan depends on. A government road, a housing society's utilities, a private building — we take it from the ground up and see it through.
Hand us a bare plot and we'll hand back a serviced neighbourhood — the earthworks, roads, sewerage, drainage, water supply, parks and utility networks that turn empty land into a place people can actually live.
We build and rehabilitate roads and highways, and we're known for the work most people never notice: the underground MV/LV networks and street lighting that quietly power a whole scheme — cable laying, transformers, distribution boxes, poles, and the connections that finally bring it to life.
And we put up buildings too — homes, commercial and industrial — with the electrical, plumbing and MEP done in-house so nothing slips through the cracks. Whatever we take on, we run it like our own money is on the line: costed carefully, built to standard, handed over on time.
